  1. Do we want help at home ?

Yes we provide help for your old parents or any patient at your home, From Japawalies  to a baby sitter or even any nursing services so if you are looking for any ayah, Domestic help, Japawallies, Baby Sitter and Male Female Nurses (GNM & ANM Qualified & Experienced) we are them all. 

2. How can we apply for Nurse ( Sister/Brother) , Ayah , Nanny , Babysitter , Japa , Domestic Maid etc. ?

At first , you have to visit our website that is www.careandcureindia.com and then download our contract form . Decide if you need Normal booking or Emergency booking . Fill up the form carefully and duly sign it . Choose and tick the appropriate category  as per your requirement . If you have any special & specific instructions ,you have to mention it  on the contract form ( e.g. – like Age limit , Hindi/English speaking  etc.) . Along with the duly signed contract form you have to attach Cheque or Draft in favour of Care & Cure as Registration Fees .( Except Abroad Countries ) .

3. How much Registration Fees we have to pay for your service ?

There are two types of Registration process  for Indian Metro Cities  that is Normal  Registration and Emergency Registration .

Normal Registration fees Rs. 6000/- ( 30-45 days processing time)

Emergency Registration fees Rs. 9000/- ( 15 days processing time )

How much Registration Fees we have to pay for Abroad Countries ?

For Abroad Countries Registration fees should be paid by client after complete interview process and selection of a candidate .

Abroad Countries Registration fees Rs. 12000/- .

4. What happens if the worker does not suit us or he/she does not comfortable with us ?

However this is a exceptional case , even if this happens , you will get two replacements within contract period  of one (1) year from Care & Cure .  Registration contract should be one (1) year between client & Care & Cure .

5. What happens if the worker falls sick ?

Inform to head office immediately and arrange to return him/her as emergency basis .

6. In case of theft or if the worker runs away without informing the client then what do we do ?

In this case , inform to head office and take directions  as per office person.

7. After one (1) year , if we want to take service again then what we have to do ?

If you want to take our service again then you have to go through same process like previous year but Renewal Registration should  be ½  from 1st. year Registartion fees .

8. If Care & Cure is not able to provide us any worker as our choice then shall we get refund of Registration fees which we have paid ?

Under no circumstance , Care & Cure will refund or adjust the Registration fees . However , if Care & Cure would be unable to provide you  with an emergency  service within a month the owner of Care & Cure will discuss and modify your actual requirement .

9. Other than salary what else do we provide the worker with ?

You should give three times food ( breakfast , lunch and dinner ) to the worker and toiletries like soap , oil and toothpaste etc.

10. After Registration , if we feel  that we do not need the services of Care & Cure do we get a refund of Registration fees  ?

No , Registration fees are Non-Refundable  and Non- Adjustable .
